I won a new industry. I built the storehouse. But never added to the building licence..Help me.

I thought building licenses were got from the Bandit Leader camp rather than when you place a Storehouse - i.e. when Clearing a sector rather than Claiming

Correct. Even then, they have to go from Mail > Star Menu > Mayor's House to actually get 10 licenses added to your capacity.
