I'd suggest you appeal the decision by contacting support, followed by an apology.

Its a legitimate song by Jay-Z, but common sense is obviously not your strong point.

You should never use poor language like that.. it coming from an R&B artist doesn't make it anymore acceptable.

It is highly likely you did not intend to cause trouble as it is simply a song title yet one word in that title is against in-game & forum rules.
As Sinister-King suggested, you should contact Support and explain the situation in detail.
Let me also remind you that the forum is not the right place for complaints against moderation.
