I have been speaking to a guild member today who's partner runs a different guild and she claims she and her guild have a guild quest already ? im just wondering if she is the only one or are guild quests now active?

Don't know, our guild has less then 20 members so we won't get them anyway
Maybe on the testing server they do.
As far as I know quild quests are still only on the test server, not live in game. It's possible they may have set their own quest for their members as well
