Empty Buff stuck in my Star menu

Earlier today I buffed some of my buildings, but when I had used all of the buffs in that particular "package" it didn't disappear from my Star menu. It has now been a few hours, and the empty buff is still there - even if I try to delete it or log out of the game...

Has anyone experienced this before, and do you know how to fix this?
(admittedly it isn't a big problem... just a bit annoying )

it is usually caused by lag. And mostly fixed by relogging

I tried that, but it still persisted. However, the buff has finally disappeared
