lvl 4 Barracks and PH producing time

Is it me, or the Barracks and Provision House lvl 4 dont decrease the produce time by 33%?

Cause on lvl 3 i need 1 min for a recruit, now ,with lvl 4, i need 45sec, so its only 25%. Same with baskets in the Provision Houes, from 10min to 7:30min, also only 25%.

I was wondering the same thing, doesn't seem to decrease production and trainings times as much as it should

45seconds are not 2/3 time of 1 minute.
45sec is 3/4 times of 1 minute, and is indeed 25% faster. Any way you see it its not 33%

The description says recruiting/production increases speed by 33%. it is pretty clear.

Unless, it says what the previous upgrade had been - which doesnt make much sense.

Level 1 to 2 (100%)
Level 2 to 3 (50%)
Level 3 to 4 (33%)
Level 4 to 5 (25%)

Has anybody countered the upg from 1-->2 or 2-->3 to tell us the actual results?

What Qualan was saying is that it takes off 33% of the time after the upgrade. So the 15 seconds that is taken off the time taken to produce a recruit for example, is 33% of the new time, 45 seconds.

Just as all buildings, each level is makes it just as fast as adding 1 extra level 1 building.
Thus a level 3 barracks is 3 times as fast as a level 1 barracks. A level 4 barracks is 4 times as fast as a level 1 barracks.
3 to 4 is a 33% increase (=(4-3)/3=33%), thus the text on the upgrade button is correct, it is a 33% increase in building speed.

level 4 barracks is NOT 2/3 recruitment time of a level 3 barracks. It also does not take 33% of the recruitment time. It is 33% faster. That's a subtle difference.
