Demolish Option for Marble and stone Quarry

I don't know if anyone else have problem with it but sometimes i see that a quarry has less than 10 deposit left in it and i have to wait for a long time for the quarry to exhaust. Sometimes when i login for a few minutes to refill my farms, wells and some minor stuff i find it really irritating to leave knowing that the quarry is about to exhaust.
alternate:
If this is not possible then allow the geo's to find the quarries even if the exhausted quarry is not destroyed and about to be destroyed. so the player can time his geo (i know its not a great alternate)
