Why i cant make new account on server sandycove

I wanted to invite my friend to play settlers with me on this server and when he made account he couldnt choose this server why?
can any admin or someone who knows tell me why? thx in advance

u should contact support since server is locked for new players. Only support can let the account in now.

We do not encourage players to post personal information on the forums, I would advise if you are looking for a server invitation to get your friend currently playing to use the invitation feature.
