Is it better for a farm to have more than one wheat field, or is it better to upgrade the farm

Upgrade the farm and have about 1.5 whearfields per farm... And you should group them together.

Assume your farm will eventually be level 5.
Even before that, imagine a field runs dry while you are logged off.
Better plant a couple of backups, yeah?

I've 26 farms (lvl 3 & 4) and 90 wheat fields, it may sound excessive, but it just about keeps my bakers going.
