Fix flashing whisper

Hi, flashing whisper can be really annoying thing. Is it really so hard to fix it? Anyone even working on it to improve it?

if you send a whisper to yourself then it goes away:
/w Blant .

i know how to deal with it, im just wondering if staff doing anything about it. i think a lot of people finding this annoying so i think its good sugestion to fix it.
