I bought Gems this morning.
Payment was Successful.
It's been 6 hours.. still have not received Gems.
Not impressed..
When am i supposed to be getting these Gems i payed for?
Am still waiting..
13 hours later...
still no Gems..

Thank you for taking the time to get in touch.
As I mentioned in your other support ticket I have contacted PlaySpan for you. I can see on your system that the gems have been ordered but I need to get information from PlaySpan on why they have not been delivered to your account.
Once I get this I will contact you again. If there are no major problems with the transaction then PlaySpan are likely to process the transaction when they get my mail.

Looks like PlaySpan are extremely lazy.
Everyone i have talked with about buying gems, has had this problem.
Gems arrive hours late, always having to contact customer support.
The Support team are just people who jab the lazy staff people with sticks, someone needs to sharpen those sticks.
