Thread: Did not get Gems after Payment.

    Did not get Gems after Payment.

    I bought Gems this morning.
    Payment was Successful.

    It's been 6 hours.. still have not received Gems.

    Not impressed..

    When am i supposed to be getting these Gems i payed for?

    Am still waiting..

    13 hours later...

    still no Gems..

    Thank you for taking the time to get in touch.

    As I mentioned in your other support ticket I have contacted PlaySpan for you. I can see on your system that the gems have been ordered but I need to get information from PlaySpan on why they have not been delivered to your account.

    Once I get this I will contact you again. If there are no major problems with the transaction then PlaySpan are likely to process the transaction when they get my mail.

    Looks like PlaySpan are extremely lazy.

    Everyone i have talked with about buying gems, has had this problem.
    Gems arrive hours late, always having to contact customer support.

    The Support team are just people who jab the lazy staff people with sticks, someone needs to sharpen those sticks.

    Atleast you edited the copy paste where you had "Nickname" instead of "Awkward"
    But..
    Was it really necessary to edit my post and put everything all into 1?

    Now its just a wall of text..
    Was it not easier to read before in separate posts?
    Now you cannot see where one post starts and the other begins.

    Yes. I usally keep my text ready in word pad, as i need often post same text over again and again.

    Yes. Its called spamming. And you can edit your text if you want people to see it better.
    Don't know what you try to say, support takes times, complaining about support in forum, will not fasten your progress.

    13 hours of waiting for Gems i payed for has left me bitter and couldn't care less.
