still losing recourses on quests ?

i have decided together with about 45 other people that put lots monney in the game to go to another online game that is givving the playing peeps an correct way of playing
its the 5th time the game decides to lose recourses becose you dont accept a quest
now i lost 138 setlers and im negative the amount of setlers
so now i have to put in twice the recourses just ti gain them back again to be on zero again
when will this foolishness ends

I must say that I've been playing for over 6 months and have never lost any resources like this.

However I would say if it's done it 4 times before why haven't you mentioned this to the support teams as this would seem like a bug in what is a great starter game?
