I can't find this anywhere here (I'd be very surprised if it isn't but I am useless at scanning for stuff).

The chat windows REALLY could do with having a scroll bar like the trade window. The scroll buttons (top and bottom) are not sensitive enough and even my mouse wheel is a bit too aggressive.

All of the chat windows can be lengthened to the height of the screen. In my version of Google Chrome it can actually be lengthened so that the top disappears above the top of the window and becomes stuck. The only solution I have found is to log off and log back on again.
