Guild Quest Complete But No Claim Reward Button

I have a problem with my guild quests, the game says we have done it but there is no claim button, or no cancel button.

Any one else had this problem

with the great help from support i was able to resolve this problem, it occured because someone that had done the quest left the guild. to resolve it i had to get another member to complete the quest.
