File failed to load

my island being on newfoundland, and i cant log into the game, tells me to clear the cache, wich i did, still not working

Edit: just got in, finaly

2nd edit: when i got into game, was missing some textures and game kept saying unable to load a data file

I cant loggin in northisle and also dont know what catch is. Using Linux. All other pages works good, exept TSO.

Can't start the game either, was told to clear cache and did also delete cookies, but it still leaves a blank screen when loading.

EDIT: After refreshing a lot it suddenly loaded. *sigh*

Blank screen when I log in. I already went thru all troubleshoot options. Just started playing second time I log in... now just blank screen. How do I contact game support?
