The red down arrow means you are loosing resources. The green up arrow means you are gaining resources. Yellow means you are gaining resources, but very slowly.
Yellow means under-supply is going down..
I have a lot of green arrows with red things under it, so that does not seem the case.Originally Posted by Wendelbo
