The trade window "trade" is halfway out off screen

I'm trying to trade, but when I push the "add offer"-button, the "trade" pop up window is halfway out of screen. And I can't move it around!
The only thing I can see is the top-half of the window, so when I select an item, lets say fish, I'm unable to choose quantity etc.
What to do?!

Press F11 which will open the game in the full screen version. Then click on the Trade tab as you normally would. You should then be able to see the whole of the window. (I had the same problem!)
Once in the full screen mode, pressing F11 again will also shrink the window to the normal size.

I have a problem with the chat window it isn't connecting

I have a news button and whisper button nothing else and it says connecting to server...has been saying it for 2 days now
