Bugs involving some kind of lag ?

Ok,i just sent a mail to support since this is now too much !

1.What happened today to me : Was doing a BK,cleared a camp,moved general,general installed camp.
I selected the troops for the new attack and clicked ok to save,had to wait almost 1 full minute,in which the general window was blurred and showing the loading sign.I said weird,but not the first time it takes a lot to save my setup.Guess it's a busy hour or something.
Finally,it saved the troops,i checked not to have made any mistakes,checked the total number of troops, sent attack.General arrives at the camp,attacks it,after a few seconds i get the defeated sound.Amazed at how stupid i can be,thinking i made a mistake i checked the battle log.Well guess what ? It didn't save my new setup ! It showed the previous setup,before sending it to fight ! I just lost 128cannons and around 100 ES,worth around 2500gc.Sent mail tu support,they said it's most probably a problem at my end...clearly,it is not ! I'm rly afraid i won't get any compensation,which clearly is not fair !

2.Recently trading is a bit laggy.Sending trades or friend requests and having to wait a full minute sometimes to get it thru,same when others send to me.Some dude even sent a nords to me and i sent gc.Nords never arrived.He had to send gc back and send a letter to support.Same with some friend requests,never arrived,can't add some ppl to friend list because of that.It says i already sent friend request(same for him).

3.Chat is laggy.I write and letters appear very very slowly on the screen.

4.I did a couple of upgrades recently(lvl5).I once did 5 buildings and they were showing the upgrade icon.When i logged in the second day,2 of them weren't upgrading.

5.I sometimes get lag with the building queue.I usualy check my connection when i get lag on anything(even loading a simple page).Guess what,connection is perfect on my end !

6.Barracks sometimes need like 30 seconds to load my construction orders(i click to make 25 recruits or something and it then loads for like 30 seconds).


All those stuff started like 3-4 weeks ago ! Is it just me or have you guys been getting those as well ?
I checked all my connection stuff,cleared cache,did everything the staff advise us to do...still the same thing !

I've had the same problem with the garrison setup, but I only lost some additional recruits and militia, so I didn't bother to report it. I'm sorry about that, because if I had, maybe BB would have taken your problem more seriously.

I have also experienced the chat-lag-problem. When you write, it takes several seconds for the game to pick up on it and fill in the letters.

In addition, I sent a friend request that didn't appear at all, so he had to send a friend request to me instead, which appeared after quite some time.

I luckily have not experienced any of the other issues, at least no more than usual.

And yes, I have restarted, rebooted, cleared history/cache, and I even use two different locations for playing settlers. The problem is definitely not on my (our) end. I don't have any of these problems with other websites or programs that I use.

i have had several lag issues with the game recently.

1. Loading friends islands or adv seems to take alot longer than it used too, load times used to be about 5 seconds or so, but now it can take up to 20-30 to load an island and that is any island ur own, adv or a friend. I realise that during peak times this is unavoidable but when it still happens at 2am UK time when most players are sleeping there must be another issue.

2. Accepting any email, a trade, an adv invite, a completion of trade can take 30-40 seconds and sometimes requires a relog into the game before anything appears.
i have not long accepted a DB adv invite 02:10 uk time. i waited 20-30 seconds to show but nothing did so then i checked my mail and invite was still there but accept box was greyed out. so i closed mail and waited again for another 20 or so seconds and hey presto it eventually showed up.

3. When buffing a friends building u can have buffed 3-10 buildings before any of them show up as being buffed. i have also had times where it shows buffed on my screen to then get a note from friend to say it is not and when i return to the island it has not been buffed.

4. General garrison i have had similar problems to edgemil regarding troops not being assigned but after one failed attack with this i now triple check all my generals before sending any attacks. This practice should not be necessary for a player to have to do it shud only require 1 action

And finally to the response from support that it is an issue at our end i feel is wrong- i clear my cache, history and cookies every time i close my browser down i use different browsers also and occasionally access the game at different locations. there cant be all these people from different countries having the same problem at THEIR END.

I've had 2 similar issues today, first was my trading 25x 9 hour buffs. After 1 hour all 25 buffs were gone.
2nd was trading an adventure, I sent a friend request, they accepted and then sent coins. I recieved the mail that coins were sent which I was able to accept but they did not appear on my friends list. I had to reload the game and they appeared so I could make the trade.

I have had all 6 of those issues a lot more in the last few weeks. Though with 1 and 4it is hard to be 100% that it wasn't user error.

Nope.At 1.,i always do that to make sure i sent the right troops(burned myself a couple of time,sending wrong troops) and it was all ok.I clearly checked because i saw the huge loading time and was making sure the troops are ok.And well,they were till they started fighting i guess.I sent and tried to convince support that it's not my fault and they keep saying it's all ok at their end.What do you want to happen for the problem to be at your end,have a power shortage ? I checked and before fighting ,the troops were ok.They changed when they started fighting...but no,no compensation.Either a policy change(since i had this happen two months ago and i got compensated) either they rly don't feel like helping and admiting it's a server issue.

And at 4. again,no.I had that happen twice and i always checked that i upgraded all of them and i didn't forget a building.And i clearly looked for the icon.

Clearly,a lot of people are stating that the servers are very laggy recently,for the past 2-3 weeks but no,nothing.Lets pretend it's all ok while the players get burned.

I has same problems with buffs and this one today again, as well as several days ago
because of the lags in the game I lost several mails with items ---I deleted the buff-mails and all of a sudden other mails were deleted as well
