Reduce troops

Hi i think we need some way of reducing troops or just demote them or retrain them or something, maybe have it so that the troops start as recruits and have to train up to be bowmen, militia etc but then can be used as recruits if you don't need them as militia etc

training ones is enuf for me if i have to train them like 3-4 times i go mad for sure
