I cant finish my GQ, why ?

you normally need to go to the bit above it and there will be a finish in there.. I dont do the guild quests as they are not worth it to me until they sort it out but give that a go and im sure that is the answer.

The quest is not active (see the "Waiting quests" heading?) When your guild has finished the current quest this one will become active and you'll be able to finish it.

This is the Waiting quests, no other quest.
