For people who dont buy gems, this is an excellent opportunity to get a faster general.
School gives 1 new settler every 8 hours, cant be upgraded or get buffed.
(Max 4 schools per player)
And yes all items you buy from shop for pumpkins will stay yours after the event.

pity some of the things in the halloween event are not transferable, to your home island, now wouldnt that be fun

I am really disappointed.
1. Only 3 silos possible.
2. All other features are useless (except decorations for those who like them).
3. Players who joined recently would benefit from having to be able to get veteran. Without veteran, they are playing totally different game than those of us with veteran.
4. Players who were developed benefited a lot from Easter event - veteran, watermills. Football event brought cheap experience points. This event brings.
OK, let me correct myself - this event is good for those who lack battle hardened general, that is good. But as I said, players who joined after Egg event are lacking a possibility to get veteran without using real money.

on the test server for me its 1 settler every 2 hours - with 3 schools maximum.

I have a problem with this!
It says that the general is the same as "master general" - and looking on forum ( http://forum.thesettlersonline.com/t...ral#post179446 ) master general was the name of the veteran general you could get in the easter event!
BUT when you go the test server and buy him, he is only a 200 units general! So could we please get some straight answers from someone in BB - what are we going to e expect? battle hardend or veteran general!?
