i got a email to change my game tag name but nobody helping me ive sent 3 emails so far need help

They will assist you in changing your Avatar name to something more appropriate. Please be sure to advise Support of an alternative name which is PEGI 7 suitable, otherwise they may create one randomly for you.

support takes sometimes time to reply. eventually you got reply, so before that, you need be patient =)
