i've had this problem before, it was fixed the day after i got in touch with support..
i've played for another week or so fine with no problem, on satday 1/12/12, i had an adventure active and my gold production was turned on..
i had the message again.. server zone error.. this is the second time now..
my storehouses will be empty now and i know i'm not the only person who it's happened to and yet we're getting nothing back in return for all these problems..
in the past i've paid money for gems.. i know for a fact it wont happen again
i have had the same problem since 1st December, friends tell me they cannot even visit my island either. so annoying. hopefully there will be a permanent fix to this problem once and for all.

there is a minimum rule of courtesy, to respond to all this complains
I dont`t expect apologies, they don`t make the game better, but shows minim of respect to all the players who spend time and money on their game
all weekend was nobody here, maybe a few mods, but they can`t resolve all this trubble
TSO technical team is absent...I played many games, but there it was a real feedback when problems occured...I know that`s only a game, but us, players we are real, and our time and money are real too

Meanwhile our islands fall apart, our guilds go without leaders and our login bonuses cannot be collected.
I am one of those people who have spent real money on this game. Come on BB! please sort this mess out.

yeah... and it been half day thro monday and no sign of a solution or any answer from support or BB yet :/ very annoying =(
