Try clearing your web browser cache, if that fails contact support and they'll assist you further.

I'm having the same problem. everytime the game doesn't go further after the 'initialising login queue' screen. Everyime i get the notification server failed, click ok to refresh. But i never works.. Tried everything even another pc, is there an server issue or what is the problem?
Same problem here too- even after clearing cache and restarting
Edit in about hour later- maybe just busy server with weekend...?

same problem with me: Server failure....initialising login queue...that were it ends.... what is going on???i am having this problem for over a week!!!!
One word.. "Maintenance"
Every time they do a maintenance on the servers they are down for days.. PLEASE do not make any more so called maintenance..
not only maintenance now. the games is totally blanc now. i was kicked out the game due to an dataerror. message said to clear my cache and i did. now loginpage is totally gone. only some blank pictures with redcrosses are on screen. what is happening? i was playing an advent at that moment
