Deleting of vilage school

I have bought the vilage school for 500 pumpkins,but i dont like it,it gives only 1 settler on 2 hours time.Can i delete it and have back in my star menu,a sell it later?Please help

Yes, it should go back to the star menu if you demolish it. Good luck with finding someone to buy it though!

I made some calculations...

1 school saves about 8000 bread a month (little less). Or 1600 gems if you use gems to buy settlers.

So in the long run school saves quite a lot resources

they realy good if you always make sure your not at max pop like me sure it dont make you not haveing to use bread but even 36 exstra a day do save you some bread

and lets not forget you can also produse little less settlers in prov house to fill it with some thing else like baskets

Firstly, I would not buy settlers with gems unless I was the King of Moneyland. 1 school actually gives pretty much 9000 bread (12s a day=300bread a day). Do consider though that a pumpkin is worth at least 4gc, so 500 pumpkins would buy easily 100 000 bread on a mature server like Newfoundland. you thus need to wait 11 months to break even with your 500 pumpkin investment, let alone how far you'd have gotten in that 11 months had you instantly bought 100k bread...so unless you are dedicated to play this game for years to come, you actually lose on the investment. Most who buy it just fancy the rarity of it, but the school has little to brag with its productiveness.

i got 3 schools so i am very happy . thats almost 3 hours worth of settlers in 2 hours . very handy in the long run . nice when you turn it on and there is a nice amount already waiting for you .
