Surprisingly, I find myself in agreement with NuttyMut over this, certainly in the sentiment.
When I found out what my friend had been proffered in the way of compensation (and it was much less than what's listed above, consistency?), I was frankly disgusted.
All he got was the no. of gems he would have accumulated if he'd just logged in daily, nothing more. What about the lost production, the inability to progress, and the rest?
5 weeks removed from the game for something that was not his fault, and he patiently awaited it being fixed, no rants on the forum, or abusive mails to support, he just got on with it and awaited due process, while his friends did what they could to maintain his settlement as best they could.
Come on BB please, this is no way to treat a decent player for the system's screwups. Please do right by these people.
