Maintenance right now?

Is there currently maintenance going on?
I've tried connecting to the game but am told;

This happened a few days ago about this time, then it turned out maintenance was being done.
I've searched the forums for an announcement, but nothing appears.

Anyone else having these problems right now (3:48a.m. GMT+0 London, 25th October 2012)?
