I would humbly and respectfully like to register my disappointment

One of our guild was excluded from his server due to a technical bug.

TSO worked to get him back to his guild and did so 5 weeks later.

    He was given some compensation.

If I was asked for my opinion on the level of compensation he was given I would say it left me feeling disappointed for him.

I do, however, praise TSO for the efforts they took to rectify their glitch and return this player to his guild.

Admin staff are under no obligation to compensate for anything in a FREE online game. They did so out of compassion. I would be grateful for anything, and so should you be.

    Hi Tiezart,

May I ask you to explain why this game was "free" to a player that had paid to play please. Thank you in advance for your reply.

This game can be played for free, but some people like myself have put in a decent amount of money so far. Compensation is hardly compassion, it is respect to your client base.

I have also played many games and find TSO FAIL in the same way other games do. for instance very few mods have been present on chat servers in the past week or 2 and also trying to get a member of BB to reply to mail is near impossible even after you request feedback.

In this case if the player has paid gems...TSO ARE obliged to compensate for losses especially when production chains are broken down due to error beyond players control. If this is a higher level player with large production chain's the levels of compensation could be huge for example a gem payer who buys parrots with gems could lose mines due to depletion after 5 weeks off.

If this was me that would be 5 x level 5 mines so that resources to build them plus the time to rebuild plus the lost gold coins for 5 weeks that makes 1000 gc every 12 hours making 2000 gc per day that is 14k gc per week x5 weeks = 70000 gc thats 1 production chain and we are all awear there are many more that could break down.

TSO should compensate according to proven loses (I doubt they did)
