No upgrade after taking out

Hi i was playing today and killed a bandit hut, but didn't get the upgrade, its was around the time the servers went down. after i built my army up i did another bandit and got the upgrade, is there away i can get the upgrade back.

Well i'll just take it as a lost and continue taking the rest of the bandits out.
