    TSO's description of TSO Retail different to Amazon.co.uk's description

    On the front page of TSO website there is an image of the TSO boxed edition, with this description;
    (I won't link this as I'm sure you've all seen it before logging in/ clicking 'Play Now'.)

    TSO Description
    "Dear Settlers,

    The Standard Edition will be available for € 24.99 (£ 19.99) and loaded with extra content for a total value of over € 40 (£ 35). This content can be redeemed with a code.
    The box will contain:
    4000 gems, "The Nords" adventure, a troop buff, 3 exclusive tactical maps printed in the manual and a ressource pack containing 400 stones, 400 planks, 100 tools and 20 settlers.

    Have fun,
    The Settlers Online Team"

    Whereas the Amazon.co.uk product description has this to say;

    Amaon.co.uk Description
    "With over 8 million copies sold worldwide and 7 games launched, The Settlers series has established itself as a natural leader in the city-building and strategy game genre on PC.

    Notice how it is 2,400 gems and only £25 worth of content, as well as getting different items from the TSO description?
    So my question is, what will actually be in in the boxed edition, as the TSO description seems to detail the product for the U.K, Switzerland and Scandinavia.
    The only thing I notice is that the TSO description is for the 'Standard Version', while the Amazon.co.uk description is for the 'Starter Pack'. I don't see this making any difference as it is the only TSO advertised on Amazon.co.uk (as well as what I just mentioned above), but maybe that is why, two, or more, versions?

    Could someone shed some light on this, please?
    Thanks.

    That one on Amazon is an earlier release ( round May this year I think).

    The amazon description you describe is for the starter pack that was released earlier this year (now discontinued) and as such is a completely different item, hence not the same
