White page on login

The last few days we've been unable to login to TSO. (We are me, the two kids and the wife, all on seperate computers).

When pressing the big blue play button we get a white page and then nothing more happens.
The wifes computer got a reinstall yesterday but still have the problem.

What to do?

Hello BlackChart,

Make sure your web browser is up to date, clear its cache and check you have the latest version of Flash.

If after doing that you still cannot see the game, contact support and they'll assist you further .

Another trick that sometimes works is to log into another server if you have an account on one (I use german and french ones to good effect), but even if you don't have an account on 1 of those, you could always use your current login details to load up tsotesting.com, then after you've been there, it quite often seems to boot this one up the backside.
Also, sometimes you can free it up just by changing to another browser for a bit, it seems that once you've successfully got in, the next time you try your usual browser, it often seems to work again.

Actually I just tried my tsotesting account, same problem...

I've written a mail to support as the problem persist om all computers I've tried with so far.

Had a Java or Flash update recently perhaps? Maybe that borked.
