4 bars needed for 1 coin. Click building then details tab to see what goes in and what comes out.

A gold mine with 300 ore can result in 300 coins if the entire gold production line is kept buffed.
Keep the gold production line buffed at all times to get the most out of it.
If at first you don't succeed, sky-diving is not for you.

    yes. without buff, its 300 ore =(1/2) 150 bars =(1/4) 37 coins
    with buffs all the time, its 300 ore (buffed to 600) = (1/2*2) 600 bars = (1/4*2) 300 coins

Makes a good reason keeping running gold buildings only while you supervise them and keep buffs running.

Please note here that the gold ore is different value when it is in the mine than when it is in the storage.

When it is still in the mine, it can become double if buffed.
When in the storage, its what it is.

Thats why refills cost around 1/2 price in GC
while gold ore in trade cost aroun 1/4 price.

So when people say that 300gold ore can become 300 coins, they mean 300gold ore from the mine, not from the storage,
