    The gift was a pleasant suprise this morning and I appreciate the developers recognition of us crazy players that keep coming back throughout the games continual developmental problems - since the gift i got 'the boot' haven't been able to log back in for a few hours now but will keep trying :P

    The problem is not fixed for me in the UK. I can login ok in the mornings, but, after midday it takes a little longer to get into the game, in the evening it is almost impossible
    JJ.

    After playing Settlers on-line for several months, I think it's now time to call it a day:

    The whole idea of on-line games is that you are able to access the game on-line. Over the past few days it's been almost impossible to access Settlers on-line which makes the game totally unplayable.
    You claim in your last update to have fixed the problem - Let me tell you - YOU HAVEN'T - In-fact I think the problem has got much worse.

    Carry on the way you are by not resolving the problem and failing to keep your users informed and you will lose many more users. People will soon get fed up of trying to play a game which they cannot easily access.

    Yes I'm also having problems even loading the home page, this is not fixed
