We wish to inform you that we are very much aware of the various issues you may have encountered lately such as locked zones, temporary freezes, lag, log in and certain adventures (Bounty Hunter).
The developers and technicians have been working on several tasks to improve the game experience. We will keep you updated on any further progress.
We've also been increasing the number of web servers to improve the website/login performance during peak times.
Furthermore our IT started to upgrade the hardware of every single game server to improve in-game performance.
Some players did not receive the "Bounty Hunter" adventure which is needed to continue a major task.
We will provide you a solution at some point next week.
The amount of active players increased very much, this lead to an increased number of locked zones.
We have already been working hard on this issue. Yet, in order to find a quick solution -besides some of the hardware upgrades that are already in place- the number of game zones per server will consequently be reduced.
This means: There might be a waiting queue during the weekend/peak times, but the game experience of the active players will improve.
Furthermore locked zones will be reduced. This is an interims solution to improve the game experience although some players might have to wait during peak times.
We will update you soon again about further progress.
