Nice to hear that it works fine. Really great indeed...just sending out explorers for a month now.
Marble and hardwood planks; that's all I found (except for the first time).
And yet another great advice: invest in another explorer.
Hell yeah.....can't even find 1 single coin with the treasure search. Where on earth do you expect me to find 800 coins?

I believe Gerontius advice is solid, explorers are key in mid-end game, even if it leaves you a little hard up in the short term, In the long run he will pay dividends and is well worth the investment. I have a second account on another server, My time there is very limited due to work, family life and my main account, I haven't spent anything on it and my economy is rather fragile yet I'm sure I could come up with a enough gold for another explorer. My point is why are you being so sarcastic when Gerontius is trying to help.
Sorry...wasn't personal. Getting sarcastic from several bugs blocking me in doing several of my main quests.
Perhaps I'd better leave this game; I'm not the kind of person for a beta game....at least not one without helpdesk activity taking place (except for the forum moderators, but they can't solve bugs).

I understand your frustration, And maybe his first comment wasn't the most helpful, and fuelled the fire some, But I cant fault his extra explorer tip. Have you yet joined a guild in game? Maybe a guild with some old heads (in game heads) could be of use? maybe their experience's tips and help could ease your frustration.

How much more do you want? It's going on like this for more than a month now, and I'm sure it will continue like this much longer.
Looks like what you'd expect to me. Chances of finding gold are only around 7%. Chances of finding hardwood or marble around 40% for each.
If you'd been finding endless granite but no gold, then you'd think something was wrong...
But this is just the luck of the draw. On average it takes about 2 weeks from sheer probability, so you've beaten the odds. What more can anyone do or say? Nothing. Complaining about bad luck won't do you any good...
Even if this is just a matter of bad luck (which I'm not believing more by now), then I'm not complaining about bad luck. Then I'm complaining about getting a quest that is based on small changes to success. Such would be called "bad design".
