No anser from support

I have sent a ticket to support and dont get any answer yet. Im out of my generals since saturday and over 1000 soldiers. They are lost on the space after a "zone error crash".
Im now desperate to know if and how I will get my generals back, and how i will be compensate for all time, settler and goods lose!?

Generals and soldiers are home. All the fat men at the island was singing "hurray hurray" when they arrive. Thank you for the help BB and good luck with futher issue fixing!
