I have the guild quest in which I have to buy 20 iron swords. I have got 20 by selling coal (from the Selling tab), after I saw that it didn't complete, I bough 100 from the buying tab and it still hasn't completed.

I suspect if you check it is in the "waiting Quests" area? If this is the case you will have a quest of this type awaiting completion or deletion ahead of this one. If this is not the case and the quest is not in the waiting area then I suggest you raise a ticket with support so they can check it for you.
You are right, it's in the Waiting quests area. The problem is that I don't have the Active quest for it (a quest that I can do/cancel)
