I wanted to tweak the army window a bit and this is what I came up with in the end:
The idea is to have everything in one place. With the new window you would have:
- a scrollable list of all your generals sorted in a logical way (better generals first)
- a unit selection panel with numbers that you can type in. This is very useful since you can quickly type numebrs that are in guides (instead of trying to use the slider. This was already changed for trading so I simply copied it)
- the whole window can be moved. It's a bit annoying to have it static in the middle of the screen. Movable windows are always a better choice.
EDIT: I see I have forgotten to add "Ok" and "Cancel" buttons. They would be placed in the bottom of the window of course.
I've also extended the small adventure overview window to include some crucial information that you have available only through the Star Menu:
