Chat threads not loading

Hello all
I have a problem where certain chat functions dont work right. Guild chat tab often does not appear, and sometimes it takes 20-30 mins or more for it to appear. My guess it is a server lag problem. Can this be fixed asap? I like to chat with fellow guild members and this SERIOUSLY hinders good guild communication.

Moreover, I wish BB would redo the chat function and make it bigger and easier to use. I can barely see what people type the words are so small!

A temporary fix is to open the guild icon, click on Members tab, find and click on your entry, Edit the Note window and add something, click the Tick and the game does a refresh and guild tab reappears.. sadly that is all it fixes.
