No christmas adventure?

The Christmas adventure is one of the daily event quests and everyone will get it eventually. I played it three times on the test server
The Christmas adventure arrives in a mail after completing the "click the tavern" quest. Check your mailbox.

Christmas quest ... use provision house to receive 10LB, completed and 10 presents received, nothing else happened but others have said they have 2nd Christmas quest!

p.s no Christmas adventure received plus no Daily Quest and no waiting Guild Quest

Hi guys,

The Adventure is connected to a daily x-mas quest
The daily quests are randomised. Hence, it might take some time untill the adventure shows up.

I am sure it said at login that we would get free snowflakes but I have completed the adventure and still no snowflakes, would this be a randomised item too?

Hello.

I need some help, maybe some of you have already experienced it. I tried to search for a solution but nothing yet.
It seems I stuck in a quest. It seems I need to pay 100 iron ore for 10 presents, but the 'Pay' button is missing.
As you can see, the green status bar I have enough iron ore to pay for it.

Picture says it all, it is a "waiting quest". You have to do the current "daily quest" before this one becomes active.

The same problem today. Daily quest just completed. 'A huge Christmas tree' quest is waiting. I should pay 50 hardwood planks, but the button to pay for it is nowhere. Status bar is ok, I have the resources.
