It's great that BB want to bring an event that gets people working together. The EOTW event is a huge fail in that department.

You are better off keeping your motivation to work together, and do it in some other way.
- Get your guild to focus on a different adventure each week/month, sharing lootspots and resources etc as needed.
- Those that can create guides and offer constant help for those who can't/don't know how to do it.
- Offer your guildmates a reward for who can complete the most.
- Have Guildies donate portions of their loot to the guild, that then goes back to guildies when they need it, or to lower level guildies to level quicker to match others.

Just a suggestion.

the rewards for the common event are a joke, unless u win, like german server #6. OR, if u are on lvl 50 or so and can breeze thu eotw with Elites + few Vets with almost no losses and in less than 1.5hrs. OR, if u are BB who wants you to buy max amount of gems possble. but i guess for avg player, this event has pi**ed off quite a few that leave, so the overall gem buying probably stays same. of course, maybe if you are BB you want some ppl to leave, so that the servers did not freeze because of many players? oh well.

I agree, the Uk have been unfairly discriminated against, All servers should carry the EU flag if they are within the European Federal dictatorship(google it if you don't believe me) not just the English, the fact the germans have such and advantage over other servers proves BB are biased and this is not a fair event.
