When I visited neighboring island without a snow, my snow was gone and I didn't get it back on when I logged out.. I also cleared the cache.. This kind of sucks..I suppose nobody else have this?

For me the same problem, I play island of pirates and returning to home island and snow gone, perhaps melted
My snow has gone also, it only lasted a day or so for me.
Message me in game for trade.
You get the snow by buffing your tavern, it only lasts for a certain amount of time. If you want more snow you can buy another snow buff.
