Hi, I can't seem to get global chat, or help or anything other than news.
Is anyone else having the same problem on Sandycove?

Chat is working perfectly fine.

Try clearing your web browser cache, if that doesn't work contact support and they will assist you further .

Iv done as you suggest, its still not connecting me to anything other than news. I have contacted support- but have heard nothing back from them. How long do they typically take to acknowledge an issue?

Anything is possible- how would I find out?

Also, it would be a sad reflection on the mods if they had banned me, not told me, and then ignored my posts trying to find out what is wrong with my chat wouldn't it?

Besides, on this occasion I doubt it was a ban, Id done nothing wrong and my chat worked perfectly up until the maintenance.
