Anti-buffs

I have one problem with buffs, very often I have to go somewhere, and buff still last, for example 1h left, and I am out few hours, its anoying. I have a suggestion, you could offer anti-buff which clear buff on that building for price(200 gems). It could be more interesting and very popular.

It would be even better if buffs overlapped for a max of say 12 hours? (24 would be even better)
For example using a basket on building with 11 hours remaining would top it up to 11h59m
