building level setting

Hi
I'd like to see the ability to set the level of mines so that i don't have to build then upgrade. just a slider bar to set the level before you build and it alters the amount of resources accordingly

From what I understood, you just choose to which level you want the building upgraded and then it just takes all the resources and time needed to upgrade? Good idea, saves some time. But then, TSO is about spending real cash and saving the time.

I would also add one more idea tho this. Once you have upgraded your building to, let's say, level 4, you are able to then adjust the building level and just set it between 1-4 at any time. With an appropriate cooldown and the time to change the level up to like 1 hour for adjusting to lvl 4. That would make the ability to Sleep buildings less useful, but you would be able to manage your economy better.

My idea is to upgrade normaly and use slider only to limit production to lower levels also a new flyover icon should be added if the building is not runing on full capacity. It shouldnt make much diference ingame and would provide player a better economy balance.
