Can't claim guild cash / reward

Hi all, our guild has completed mirror ponds, it says task completed reward 42 guild cash, but the only button available is close, and can't get the cash?? The quest is mirror ponds, it originally said get 9 of your guild to complete their task which we didn't reach, after kicking a couple of no hopers it went down to 7 and said completed task any ideas how we can get the cash??? I know that you don't need to click on guildcoins, they are send to you with a mail when the guild completes it's adv. It's probably not really accomplished because you kicked a few players. I suggest you just cancel the quest and try another one
