I seem to get a server zone crash message when I try to log into northisle game, it says "An error was detected in this zone" It was fine in the morning but its no good now, anyone else getting this?

Okay so its been a week now and still I can't access my zone, we've had maintenance and that didn't fix anything, I'm no longer even getting a reply from support, if it wasn't for the fact I'd spent a lot of money I would just stop playing, it seems to me someone needs to refund my money as I can't play anymore
Same issue here... I see yours was almost a year ago. Did it get resolved and how long did it take, as well as what was the resolution?
What? It was 10 days ago AND ITS STILL NOT FIXED!!!!!
14 days and still no news on a fix, how can it take 14 days to fix a zone? They could have rebuilt it from scratch in less time, it would help if support gave out some sort of idea why its taking so long
