I suggest when a player is loged in the game, everything to have double production or the time for every production to be cut in half. This way I will want to stay in the game, not only for 10 minutes every day

That's what buffs do. Obviously the different buffs have different lengths of time on how long they produce double the output.
Edit: There are also special buffs such as Cookies and Zombies (from halloween event) that give triple and quadruple output respectively. Also a buff cast on a friends island lasts 50% longer. So send buff/s to a friend and ask them to buff you to really benefit

We love our new CM.

It was good while it lasted.
In the early stages of my game I only ever used to use fish platters (they are the most economical whilst online), it wasn't until ages later I started to use baskets. Yes making baskets costs different resources but this is 1 main part of using trade. Once you have your 1st few baskets use those on the buildings you need to make your next batch of baskets, any left over use on other production buildings. They soon build up
