"The general was defeated" Quest

Actually I have this quest to complete 'cause I wasted my first and only MediPack in an adventure (the Witch) and it wasn't recognized.
So now the quest ask me to use a MediPack and I don't have any!!
The reward for this quest it's a medipack, so I'm locked here.

my general was defeated and they also said medipack in star menu that never came through so i am also stuck at this point any ideas??

I have the same problem as scouse9863. The quest is visible in the list, but it said that there would be a medipack in the starmenu and it isn't.
Is there an other way to obtain medipacks?

I have the same problem,i sent email to techincal support just got an automatical message which i answer back to it for further investigation but never got an answer back...still waiting for a massive update or something cause as it seems its a general bug.

Also don't have a medipack in my star menu. How do I get one?

contact support and they should send you a medipack.
