i was doing a quest and had sent 2 generals, and only one of them came back.
This is a day after and i can see in my menu that i only have 1 general that returned and not just that, the other one has 200 army units with him.
What do i do ?

Assuming you finished the quest and got the reward you certainly should have had your general back on your home island 30 minutes after completion.. so a day later is a sure sign somethings up.
Go to the front page of this site (click the settlers logo at the top of this page) and click Help/Support and use the contact form to raise a ticket on the subject.
