How about a provision buff like the improved drill plan, if ya like only for gems to keep the status quo, but why not?

Similarly there is a possibility to instant complete for gems. Other hand I think to much gem priced buff will upset the balance of the paying/free gamers.
i js want a buff for the provision house man, to half time, gem speed up is in both barracks and provision house so i doubt it would upset the balence and besides there are always traders selling gem items so even the free players have acsess to most gem items
